Fleming Road Area Plan
As part of the implementation of the City of Greensboro’s Comprehensive Plan (GSO2040), the City adopted the Fleming Road Area Plan on April 17, 2023. The process of preparing the plan engaged residents, property owners, and others with a stake in the future of the area. This comment map was one part of those engagement activities and was open throughout the duration of the planning process.
With the input shared on this map, plus additional community conversations, polls, and community meetings, a shared vision and set of values emerged to inform the plan’s recommendations.
